CFMEU: Greens demand answers on scope of Federal Government’s construction union crackdown

The Greens will demand an explanation as to why WA’s branch of the CFMEU is captured under the Federal Government’s crackdown of the militant construction union.

The West understands that part of the reason is to avoid one jurisdiction — such as WA — becoming a “safe haven” for the union’s assets.
