Shannyn Louise Cassels: 30-year-old Mandurah woman fined for speeding 55km/h over the limit without a licence

A Mandurah woman has copped a whopping fine and been disqualified from driving for 20 months after she was caught driving on Albany Highway without a licence twice in two days — once going more than 55km/h over the speed limit.

Shannyn Louise Cassels, 30, gave an endorsed guilty plea in Albany Magistrates Court on Thursday to two charges of driving without authority (suspended) and one charge of reckless driving at a speed of 155km/h.
