Kalgoorlie-Boulder mayor says he’s confident city is ‘ideal home’ for Diggers & Dealers

Kalgoorlie-Boulder’s mayor says he is confident the city is the “ideal home” for Diggers & Dealers and the local government will continue supporting the organisers’ vision of its future following a call for the celebrated mining forum to move to Perth.

The city was again a magnet for Australia’s mining industry last week during the 33rd iteration of the event founded by late Kalgoorlie-Boulder businessperson Geoffrey Stokes in 1992.
