Το αλβανικό νησί του Σαζάν, που κάποτε χρησίμευε ως στρατιωτική βάση και καταφύγιο με σήραγγες για πυρηνική επίθεση, ετοιμάζεται για ολικό «lifting» από τον Τζάρεντ Κούσνερ και την Ιβάνκα Τραμπ. Μετά την καταστροφή της στρατιωτικής βάσης το 1991, το νησί είναι ερειπωμένο και αναζητείται ως τουριστικός προορισμός. Οι Τραμπ σχεδιάζουν να κτίσουν πολυτελείς βίλες στο νησί, στην προσπάθειά τους να ενισχύσουν την οικονομία της περιοχής μέσω του τουρισμού. Η ανάπτυξη του νησιού υποστηρίζεται από τον Κούσνερ και είναι στο στάδιο σχεδιασμού, με το ενδιαφέρον να είναι υψηλό. Οι επενδύσεις στο Σαζάν έρχονται σε αντίθεση με την απομόνωση και τη φύση του νησιού, που μέχρι πρόσφατα αποτελούσε μια μοναδική πρόκληση λόγω της δυσκολίας πρόσβασης εκεί.
