Η Premia ανακοίνωσε τη συμφωνία της με τον όμιλο Nordic, σύμφωνα με την οποία αυτός θα εισέλθει στο μετοχικό κεφάλαιο της εταιρείας. Η συμφωνία προβλέπει την απόκτηση μετοχών έναντι 1,36 ευρώ ανά μετοχή, με την προϋπόθεση παραίτησης δικαιώματος προτίμησης υφιστάμενων μετόχων, για ποσό έως 12,5 εκατ. ευρώ. Οι όροι της συμφωνίας θα συζητηθούν σε επερχόμενη γενική συνέλευση. Με παρόμοια συμφωνία πρόσφατα, η Premia παρέδωσε στον όμιλο Nordic δύο ξενοδοχεία σε Κρήτη και Ρόδο, μέσω συμφωνίας ***** and lease back, με συνολική αξία 112 εκατ. ευρώ. Η κεφαλαιοποίηση της εισηγμένης εταιρείας υπερβαίνει τα 100 εκατ. ευρώ. Η γενική συνέλευση των μετόχων έχει προγραμματιστεί να πραγματοποιηθεί έως τις 31 Δεκεμβρίου 2024 για να εγκριθεί η απόφαση και οι όροι της συμφωνίας.
