Το πετρελαιοφόρο δεξαμενόπλοιο Delta Blue δέχθηκε επίθεση από αντάρτες Χούθι νότια της Υεμένης, με μια αντιαρματική ρουκέτα να εξερράγη κοντά σε αυτό. Η επίθεση αυτή ανακοινώθηκε από τον βρετανικό φορέα UKMTO και προκλήθηκε από τον πόλεμο μεταξύ Ισραήλ και Χαμάς. Παρά την επίθεση, το πλήρωμα του πλοίου είναι ασφαλές και το Delta Blue συνεχίζει το ταξίδι του υπό σημαία Λιβερίας. Οι επιθέσεις των Χούθι διαταράσσουν το διεθνές εμπόριο, αναγκάζοντας πολλές εταιρείες να ανακαλύψουν νέους δρόμους για τη μεταφορά φορτίων προκειμένου να αποφύγουν τις επιθέσεις. Η διαχειρίστρια εταιρεία του πλοίου, η Delta Tankers με έδρα την Αθήνα, επιβεβαίωσε το περιστατικό. Οι εξελίξεις αυτές προκαλούν ανησυχία στον κλάδο της ναυσιπλοΐας και του διεθνούς εμπορίου.
