The pilot, 59-year-old Chris Moore, was found inside his airplane Thursday, four days after he took off from a Florida airport.

The U.S. Coast Guard and the Royal Bahamas Defense Force had been looking for Moore after he was reported missing on Sunday, but both authorities had suspended their searches by Monday.

Moore’s wife, Stayce Love, reportedly told WHAS-TV that Moore ***** on impact in a marsh less than three miles away from an airport runway and was found by private searchers.
