Fake doctor fined $10k for targeting vulnerable victim

A fake doctor who prescribed a vulnerable patient unlabelled vitamins for a hormonal imbalance has escaped conviction.

Keti “Kate” Cvetkov, 48, was on Thursday fined $10,000 after pleading guilty to knowingly or recklessly claiming to be a registered health practitioner.
