, the event description elaborates on content fans can expect, including “a diverse range of games.” It will feature “first-look trailers, updates on existing games, long-awaited announcements, and giveaways.”

Extraction shooter Exoborne is generating a lot of buzz, particularly after developer Sharkmob announced a series of playtests in May 2024. Fans are hoping to see a release date reveal trailer.

Dune Awakening got its first cinematic reveal trailer during Summer Game Fest 2024, and might also receive a concrete release date.

Most recently, Level Infinite excited fans after announcing a partnership with Rebellion on an unannounced title. The title is currently in development under the codename “Project Archipelago,” an original IP.

Since the Level Infinite showcase is aiming for surprises, the Gamescom 2024 season would be an excellent opportunity to reveal more. Rebellion did confirm that playtests for Project Archipelago are coming “soon.”

Level Infinite is the publisher behind PUBG Mobile and Honor of Kings, the latter of which hit 50 million downloads late last month.
