Ο Ελληνικός Ερυθρός Σταυρός διοργανώνει εκδήλωση για παιδιά και εφήβους στην Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Νεολαίας στην Αθήνα. Το event θα λάβει χώρα στην Πλατεία Συντάγματος στις 9/8 από 10:00 έως 13:00. Ο σκοπός είναι η διάδοση του Ερυθροσταυρικού πνεύματος στους νέους και η προβολή της αξίας του εθελοντισμού. Το παιδικό κοινό θα έχει την ευκαιρία να ενημερωθεί και να συμμετάσχει σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες που προωθούν τις ανθρωπιστικές αξίες, την κοινωνική αλληλεγγύη και τον εθελοντισμό. Οι επισκέπτες θα γνωρίσουν τις Θεμελιώδεις Αρχές του Κινήματος μέσα από διαδραστικά παιχνίδια. Ο Τομέας Νεότητας του Ε.Ε.Σ. γιορτάζει φέτος τα 100 χρόνια παρουσίας με συνεχείς δράσεις σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Η εκδήλωση προωθεί την αγάπη για το πλησίον, το περιβάλλον και την κοινωνία.
