Energy Resources of Australia to ****** Jabiluka lease dismissal in Federal Court

Energy Resources of Australia will take a shock rejection from the Federal Government over Jabiluka uranium lease to court, amid claims Resources Minister Madeleine King took less than two days to consider her advice.

The company told investors it had launched Federal Court action against Minister King and Northern Territory Mining Minister Mark Monaghan on Tuesday, calling for a judicial review into the Northern Territory’s decision not to renew the lease for another 10 years.
