New developments hint that it might be taking a page out of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s playbook. This a twist that probably nobody would’ve seen coming, if not for some recent viral moments. Fortnite’s Mysterious Wanderer Character Might Be a Familiar Face It took a simple tweet to send the whole community into a complete frenzy. A leaker tweeted a few important dialogues from the game’s version of Magneto (introduced in Chapter 5: Season 3), who shared some critical information about The Wanderer. I can’t verify this Wanderer is who I think he is, but if it’s him… if he’s the one seizing that box’s powers… He continues by saying, “This place may be doomed,” and “Forgive me for speaking plainly, but that thing’s going to ******** us all.” These lines might not look like much at first, but they could be hinting at a potential storyline twist involving the Marvel villain, Doctor *****. Could Magneto be referencing ***** when he says “This place may be doomed,”? Idk what everybody was smoking, thinking he was Geno or the Shapeless man The next season is Marvel, so he’s gonna obviously be Dr. ***** — Emmanuel This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up It’s not just that, though. Given the MCU’s recent move of bringing back Robert Downey Jr. as Dr. *****, fans have been speculating that Fortnite could have a similarly explosive reveal for The Wanderer’s true identity. Oh, wait. Who Exactly Is The Wanderer? data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///ywAAAAAAQABAAACAUwAOw==Little is known about this creepy Fortnite character. | Credit: Epic Games. The Wanderer is a mysterious and powerful character in Fortnite. First mentioned in Chapter 5: Season 2 Story Quests’ final mission, he was then introduced as one of the main antagonists in Season 3. He has sinister plans and has been aiding Megalo Don in a project to raze The Island. His presence is often felt more than seen, as he has a knack for observing people and vanishing when spotted. Despite working together, Megalo Don notes that even he has never seen The Wanderer’s face, which is always hidden by a hood. Aside from this Magneto line, there are no hints to determine who The Wanderer is. Is Epic Games preparing for a major reveal that parallels the MCU’s recent bold casting choices? Only time will tell. Do you agree with this theory, or do you have any you’d like to share? Drop them in the comments below, we’d love to see them!
