The biggest difference between the current and facelifted model is the steering wheel, which has now moved to a four-spoke design with fewer gloss ****** control buttons, instead adopting a satin finish.

The updated Seal has a newly available Coral Orange colour applied to the steering wheel, lower dashboard, seats, door cards and centre console.

It also appears the seat pattern has changed from the diamond-shaped stitching on the current model to a wave design, reflecting BYD Seal’s standing in the brand’s Ocean lineup.

An additional change is the removal of the Seal’s dashboard air vents for concealed units, as the dashboard appears to be one wide screen – incorporating a digital instrument cluster and a wave pattern graphic in front of the passenger.

However, the central infotainment touchscreen ******** as a free-standing unit. This measures 15.6 inches in the current Seal.
