At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded July 25 through Thursday.

La Casa de Pizza, 13 E. Main St., North East Boro. (Goulash found beyond datemark.) Also one noncritical violation. Tuesday

Subway, 425 State St. (Meatballs not kept hot enough.) Monday.

1 noncritical violation

Lt. Archie W. Thompson Canteen, 1150 Meadville Ave., Corry. Wednesday
