Big businesses fall behind Cook Government, as Labor hold healthy lead over Libs on political donations

Big business has thrown its weight behind State Labor, with the party raking in almost three times the donations than the Liberals — a dire sign for the conservatives ahead of the March 2025 State election.

In July, the first month of donation data being released under new disclosure laws, Labor and affiliated bodies earned more than $300,000.
