WAFL 2024: Peel coach Adam Read pleased with Max Knobel’s effort against Tigers ruckman in win

Peel Thunder coach Adam Read has praised the efforts of Max Knobel for stepping up to the challenge against state ruckman Oliver Eastland in Peel’s 35-point win over Claremont at Lane Group Stadium.

The 20-year-old was called upon to play just his third senior game this season to cover the absence of Liam Reidy who flew to Melbourne as an emergency for Fremantle’s clash against Essendon at the MCG.
