Strong Winds Send Leaves Flying in Central Florida as Tropical Storm Debby Rolls Through

Strong wind and rain continued to lash parts of Florida on Sunday, August 4, as Tropical Storm Debby brought stormy conditions to the region.

Footage recorded by Deni Garcia, who said they filmed it in Orlando, shows blustery conditions in the area on Sunday afternoon.
