Debby likely to stall out over Georgia, South Carolina causing flooding

After Debby’s expected landfall on Florida’s west coast, the storm is likely to cut across the state and then stall out over Georgia and South Carolina. Rain totals could reach up to 30 inches after days of rain with peak wind gusts over 70 mph.
