Η ατομική έκθεση του Σπύρου Ρωμανού, με τίτλο “Του Αυγούστου”, θα φιλοξενηθεί στον χώρο του Καφέ του Εθνικού Αρχαιολογικού Μουσείου από τις 5 Αυγούστου έως τις 3 Σεπτεμβρίου. Ο καλλιτέχνης αποτυπώνει τη συναισθησία του μήνα Αυγούστου μέσα από ένα πλαίσιο εννοιακό και συμβολικό. Απόφοιτος του εργαστηρίου του Νίκου Κεσσανλή, ο Ρωμανός αντλεί έμπνευση από τη θέρμη των χρωμάτων και την χρήση του φέροντος υλικού. Στην έκθεση παρουσιάζονται υδατογραφίες και σχέδια που αναδεικνύουν τη χρονική υπόμνηση πέρα από την οπτική εντύπωση. Τα έργα αυτά αποτελούν προσωπικές αφηγήσεις του καλλιτέχνη, μεταφέροντας τον θεατή σε εμβαπτισμένες σε μούστο και σάρκα εικονικές πραγματικότητες. Η έκθεση λειτουργεί καθημερινά από Δευτέρα έως Κυριακή, με ελεύθερη είσοδο και τις Τρίτες να λειτουργεί από τις 13:00 έως τις 19:00.
