WA Attorney-General John Quigley visits horse healing program Yawardani Jan-ga in Broome

State Attorney-General John Quigley has paid a visit to a Kimberley equine-assisted learning program as part of a tour of the region to hear from local stakeholders amid funding negotiations through the National Legal Assistance Program.

The WA Attorney-General and Federal Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus are touring the Kimberley after an independent review found current funding levels were insufficient to meet legal assistance needs, particularly for marginalised groups.
