Η Ουκρανία ανακοίνωσε ότι απέκρουσε ρωσική επίθεση με μη επανδρωμένο αεροσκάφος έξω από το Κίεβο, τραυματίζοντας έναν πρώην ρωσικό βουλευτή και τη σύζυγό του. Ο πρώην βουλευτής, Iλιά Πανομαριόφ, ζει στην Ουκρανία εδώ και χρόνια και έχει πάρει την ουκρανική υπηκοότητα. Το drone προκάλεσε ζημιές στο σπίτι του, τραυματίζοντάς τον και τη σύζυγό του. Η επίθεση ήταν η δεύτερη μέσα σε ισάριθμες νύχτες και η Πολεμική Αεροπορία κατέρριψε επτά μη επανδρωμένα αεροσκάφη τύπου Shahed. Επιπλέον, η Ρωσία χρησιμοποίησε 87 drones σε μια μαζική επίθεση κατά της Ουκρανίας. Έγινε εκτόξευση βαλλιστικών πυραύλων Iskander-M στην περιοχή του Χάρκοβο, προκαλώντας ζημιές στις γραμμές του σιδηρόδρομου και στις εγκαταστάσεις ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας.
