Η PREMIA Properties REIC ανακοίνωσε ότι υπέγραψε συμφωνία για την εξαγορά του ξενοδοχείου Sunwing Kallithea Beach στη Ρόδο και του Sunwing Makrigialos & Ocean Beach Club στην Κρήτη, από τη Nordic Leisure Travel Group. Η συναλλαγή ανέρχεται σε €112.500.000 και εκτιμάται ότι θα ολοκληρωθεί μέσα στο 2024. Η NLTG θα συνεχίσει να λειτουργεί τα ξενοδοχεία μέσω σύμβασης μίσθωσης για τουλάχιστον 15 χρόνια. Η συναλλαγή υπόκειται σε απαραίτητες εγκρίσεις και η Εθνική Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος θα χρηματοδοτήσει τη συναλλαγή. Ο ιδρυτής του ομίλου Strawberry και οι διευθυνοτές της NLTG και της PREMIA εξέφρασαν τη χαρά τους για τη συνεργασία. Η συναλλαγή ανοίγει νέες επενδυτικές ευκαιρίες και αναμένεται να φέρει σημαντική ανάπτυξη στην εταιρεία.
