Prominent developer Westbridge in talks to get project back online after Mercedes Construction administration

The developer behind a luxury apartment complex in Trigg is in talks to finish the project after builder Mercedes Construction called in administrators.

Osborne Park-based Mercedes had touted its links to prominent local brand Zorzi Builders but the company went under earlier this week. Bankruptcy Advisory Centre’s Ross Thomson was put in control of the business.
