The climate activist who defaced one of Australia’s most famous paintings as part of a protest against energy giant Woodside has ******* to have her conviction overturned for refusing to give police access to her phone and work laptop overturned.

Joana Veronika Partyka was fined $1200 and ordered to pay $264.30 in court costs for failing to obey a data access order in relation to the devices in November last year.
