, Goichi “Suda51” Suda and Shinji Mikami gave a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered. At the end of the video, they were both asked about what their future plans would be. Mikami said that he’d like to see Suda51 create a sequel to killer7, but Suda51 responded that he’d rather make a complete edition of the game first.

However, he didn’t directly rule out a sequel, *****-balling possible names such as “killer11,” killer7-something,” and “killer7: Beyond.” While Mikami was initially apprehensive of the killer7 complete-edition idea, he added that it would actually be doable and the fans probably would love it. Suda51 concluded that they would have to figure out whether the complete edition or sequel would come first.
