Πυρκαγιά ξέσπασε σε αγροτοδασική έκταση στην περιοχή Πευκόδασος Κιλκίς, με τρεις πυρκαγιές να εκδηλώνονται σε λιγότερο από μία ώρα. Στο σημείο επιχειρούν 40 πυροσβέστες με 12 οχήματα και μία ομάδα πεζοπόρου. Ο υπουργός Κλιματικής Κρίσης και Πολιτικής Προστασίας, Βασίλης Κικίλιας, αναφέρει ότι η σοβαρότερη πυρκαγιά είναι αυτή στο Πευκόδασος. Οι κάτοικοι έχουν λάβει μήνυμα από το 112 να παραμείνουν σε ετοιμότητα και να ακολουθήσουν τις οδηγίες των αρχών. Ενώ, η ΕΛΑΣ και το τοπικό ανακριτικό ερευνούν τα αίτια των πυρκαγιών. Η κατάσταση παραμένει επικίνδυνη και είναι αναγκαία η συνεχής επιτήρηση και κατάσβεση της φωτιάς.
