Mr Goodwin was arrested by police in Cronulla at 6am on November 10 over allegations he participated in a ********* group, and did not apply for release on bail on Tuesday. Simone Fisher, 28, is co-accused alongside Mr Grayson and also did not appear before court the same day, having been excused from attending future court appearances.
