NRL star Ted Goodwin’s son charged with supplying *****, MDMA

The son of footy legend ‘Lord Ted’ Goodwin will remain behind bars on remand while facing allegations he supplied a ********* of illicit drugs, including ******** and MDMA.

Grayson Goodwin did not appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday as he faces 11 charges including large scale ***** supply and participation in a ********* group.

Police allege Mr Goodwin, son of the St George Illawarra Dragon’s great, possessed 692g of MDMA, 10kg of Ketamine, and 1548g of methylamphetamines, with alleged plans to supply.

Court documents reveal officers further allege the 34-year-old possessed 1kg of *****, as well as ******** and ephedrine, and possessed $151,000 in cash.

Mr Goodwin was arrested by police in Cronulla at 6am on November 10 over allegations he participated in a ********* group, and did not apply for release on bail on Tuesday.

Simone Fisher, 28, is co-accused alongside Mr Grayson and also did not appear before court the same day, having been excused from attending future court appearances.

Ms Fisher is alleged by police to have knowingly participated in a ********* group and “derived $2500 from ********* activities”, as well as taking part in the supply of ********.

Neither Ms Fisher nor Mr Goodwin have entered any pleas to the myriad *****-related charges and will return to court on October 8 following a case conference with police.

Mr Grayson’s father, Ted Goodwin – also known as “Lord Ted” – played in three first grade Grand Finals with the St George Illawarra Dragons between 1972-78.

He went on to compete with the Newtown Jets and the Western Suburb Magpies before becoming a graded referee in Perth until 2001 and later in south Sydney.
