Η επενδυτική εταιρεία Sixth Street συμφώνησε να εξαγοράσει την Enstar με το ποσό των 5,1 δισ. δολάρια, υποστηριζόμενη από τον πρώην υπουργό Οικονομικών Στίβεν Μνούτσιν και τον δισεκατομμυριούχο Τζ. Κρίστοφερ Φλάουερς. Η συμφωνία αναμένεται να επιτρέψει στην Sixth Street να ενισχύσει την παρουσία της στην αγορά ασφάλισης ακινήτων και ατυχημάτων.
