Η επίκαιρη κρίση στα τρόφιμα περιγράφεται στο άρθρο των New York Times, το οποίο προειδοποιεί για μια “επισιτιστική πολυκρίση”. Η κλιματική αλλαγή, οι γεωπολιτικές συγκρούσεις και οι αποδόσεις στις καλλιέργειες έχουν ανατρέψει το χάρτη της διατροφής παγκοσμίως.
