Lag, Empty Lobbies and Ping Spikes has Forced Fans to an Earlier Title in the Franchise

What’s common between Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield 4? Bugs and glitches. But it seems like later has managed to somehow fix them so that users can actually enjoy the game. The former, however, still appears to be going through the same rocky road as before.

This prompted some fans to switch to the former game, as it was more fun than the current entry in the popular military shooter. EA is now focused on the future of the franchise and revealed this year that Season 7, dubbed Turning Point, will be the last for the game.

Battlefield 2042 is No Longer Enjoyable to the Users Anymore it Seems

With the final ******* attempt to give Battlefield 2042 users some sense of fun, the game has become more or less a sad memory for DICE. Consequently, another Battlefield game now appears to be more intriguing to fans.

Battlefield 4 arrived in 2013 and, despite criticism from across the globe, still managed to sell seven million units of the game. Looks like the fans now realize at least it was better than what they currently have in the store.

And they are enjoying it for now as EA shifts its focus to the next Battlefield game, which already saw some fans showing their disappointment.

Some fans even believe there’s no game like it to this date. Better late than never.

Another one, upon coming across the post on X (formerly

), had to rethink about visiting the old roads.

Whatever EA is up to for the next installment in the series, it better not be a catastrophe like Battlefield 2042.

Battlefield Fans Aren’t Going to be Happy About This

When the game was being marketed, rendezook took the internet by storm. Everyone believed that Battlefield would just smash it like its other games. But then marketing isn’t always true to heart, and the negative review ****** became evident of it.

Though DICE worked their fingers to the bones as it brought in over 400 changes in April 2022. The commitment to improve the game over coming years was indeed true, but that wasn’t really enough to keep the fans satisfied.

It’s sad for Battlefield fans, and it’ll be out of sorts in the upcoming November as Battlefield 4, alongside Battlefield 3 and Battlefield: Hardline, will shut down. Nevertheless, PS4 servers will remain, at least for now.

Are you playing Battlefield 4? If yes, are you enjoying the game? We would like to know your thoughts in the comments section below.
