A Leederville man accused of smashing 63 windows of a local government building before claiming the local council “seized and destroyed his dog” has been granted bail.

Damien John Wright appeared in Perth Magistrates Court via video link from Hakea Prison on Monday accused of destruction of property, possession of testosterone and possession of a prohibited *******.
