A father accused of murdering his daughter told police he had “no regrets” over withholding her diabetes medication and he was happy after her ******, a judge has heard.

Jason Richard Struhs, 52, has refused to enter a plea in the Brisbane Supreme Court to the ******* of eight-year-old Elizabeth Rose Struhs on January 7, 2022.
