Trial of Nick Martin ******* mastermind set to be delayed for months

One of the most anticipated bikie trials in WA’s legal history could be delayed by months after the barrister who was set to defend David Pye withdrew from the case for personal reasons.

Mr Pye is the man who the State claims was the mastermind of the ******* of Rebels boss Nick Martin, who was shot *******-style in front of loved ones at the Kwinana Motorplex in December 2020.
