Suggs pleaded guilty in February to racketeering *********** charges, admitting his participation in five shootings in New Haven between 2021 and 2023. Specifically, he admitted that two victims were shot in a leg, another was shot in the leg and torso, a fourth was shot in the back and the fifth was shot in the head but lived.

Suggs and others in his gang were charged as the result of an investigation by a task force of local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

He also was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Victor A. Bolden in New Haven to three years of supervised release.
