WA’s Amy Atwell has completed a stunning transformation from being overlooked for a 20-player Olympic squad in December to being a last-minute call-up for the team in Paris.

Atwell was rewarded for an extraordinary finish to the WNBL season with the final position in the team after WNBA star Bec Allen injured her hamstring earlier this week.
