Wales miss out on Euro 2024 after losing penalty shootout to Poland

54 countries in Europe, 2 are currently banned, ******** City don’t play, there’s 5/6 whose population is 100th the size of even a small country like Wales, the like of Kazahkstan, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan don’t really have a football culture.

It 24 countries from about 33 when you whittle it down….. and even then some of them celebrate getting to a playoff!!
