***** crews from Chico ***** Department and Cal ***** have been actively battling the blaze, working through the night to establish containment lines. The initial call reported a small two-acre blaze, but strong winds propelled its spread.

According to the Watch Duty app, the ***** is “established and wind driven.” Mandatory evacuations have been ordered and authorities are monitoring the *****’s behavior closely.

Several structures have already burned and more are threatened despite efforts from firefighters, however there are no reports of injuries.

The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office said some residents are seeing smoke and experiencing some ash from the Park *****.
