A man has ***** in hospital a week after becoming unresponsive during an arrest and two police officers have been suspended pending a ********* investigation.

The 35-year-old man from Hoppers Crossing was arrested at 2am by police in a convenience store car park in Melbourne’s southwest on July 15.
