Darkan’s first-ever charity ball raised $21,000 and counting as guests from across the state descended on the small Wheatbelt town, swapping their farm gear for tuxedos and gowns to enjoy a night of music and dancing.

On Friday night, 250 guests hailing from Narrogin to as far as Perth gathered at the Darkan Town Hall for Darkan’s Diamonds and Dust Ball.
