Ubisoft’s Official Response to the Star Wars Outlaws Graphics Complaints Leaves A Lot to be Desired

Ubisoft continues to anticipate the release of Star Wars Outlaws by launching all kinds of gameplay and promotional videos showcasing the mechanics of this title. Earlier this month, the studio released an exclusive gameplay video, but the reception from fans was not the most positive, as they supposedly noticed a drop in graphics quality.

In response to these criticisms, the studio stated that they will not delay the game and that it still looks great. This is not the first time something similar has happened to the company regarding its open world games.

Ubisoft Should Prepare for a Mixed Reception Regarding Star Wars Outlaws

When Ubisoft first introduced Star Wars Outlaws, many fans agreed that it seemed like a more original proposal, featuring a brand-new character who would navigate the underworld of this universe.

However, the latest gameplay and videos released by Ubisoft did not meet the expectations of the fans, who perceived the game as lacking the graphical power they had initially anticipated.

In less than two months, this title will finally reach the hands of players, and the latest video did nothing to promote its release. Fans noticed that the graphics were not what they expected with this new IP, which joins the many open world games the company has.

The studio asserts that there will be no delays for this game, and the complaints are unfounded as the game appears flawless.

The studio confirmed in a recent conference that the game, currently in the gold phase and ready for market release, will not face any delays. It seems the company sees no problem with the graphics in Star Wars Outlaws.

Despite negative comments from a ********* of players, the studio does not plan to change the release of this game because they believe its quality is high.

Even one of Ubisoft’s top executives, Yves Guillemot, spoke about this, saying they are putting the quality of their graphics engine to the test to prove the game is up to standard. The title will use the company’s famous Snowdrop engine, which has proven to be of excellent quality, as seen in other IPs.

To properly analyze all of these issues, you will need to see how people react to sales once the game is available, and critics will also help verify the quality.

Star Wars Outlaws will arrive on August 30th for PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC. The game will star Kay Vess, a skilled thief who will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, even if it means teaming up with the worst ***** of the galaxy.

A strange creature named Nix will accompany her, assisting her throughout the adventure to overcome various challenges.

What are your thoughts on the game’s new criticisms? Let us know in the comments!
