Real estate at the best of times is a topic of easy conversation — is it a good time to buy, should I sell, which suburb is doing well, how much did you pay for that place?

While those conversations are still occurring, there is now a near-universal acceptance that we are not in the best of times for real estate in WA. The housing crisis engulfing the State is a major concern.
