A luxury car rental store has been engulfed in flames as police say the ***** is being treated as suspicious.

Emergency services were called to Qld Luxury Car Rentals about 6.40am on Friday, with the building at the intersection of Bundall Rd and Ashmore Rd in Bundall, Queensland in flames.
