Car auction site that misled buyers fined $10 million

Car auction website Grays Online has been fined $10 million over deceptive car listings that left successful bidders out of pocket.

In the Federal Court on Thursday, Justice John Nicholas ordered Grays eCommerce Group to pay the partial costs of the legal proceedings on top of the fine.
