Kids play at the All-Tex Irrigation Splash Pad at San Angelo’s Unidad Park.

“The temporary closure was related to landscape work and also the monitoring of electronics and sensors,” Groves said. “Adjustments are needed to ensure that the system runs properly.”The public is invited to attend a ribbon-cutting for the splash pad at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 25.

There is not a lifeguard on duty; participants must play at their own risk.

All participants must wear proper swim attire. Children who are not potty-trained must wear a swim diaper.
