Capel Shire receives $500,000 from Federal Gov to tackle looming housing squeeze

Half-a-million dollars from the Federal Government will go towards the Shire of Capel’s plan to streamline new housing developments off the back of record domestic migration into the area.

The grant comes as part of the Government’s first stream of its Housing Support Program and will fund the shire’s Integrated Growth Framework and Plan.
