Fall River resident Ida Reis is the winner of a $1 million Powerball prize on a ticket purchased July 10, 2024, at Amaral’s Central Market in Fall River.

She claimed her $1 million prize, before taxes, on Friday, July 12, at the Massachusetts State Lottery’s Dorchester headquarters.

According to Reis, she plans to help her family with some of the winnings.

Reis wasn’t the only Fall River winner.
