WA’s CFMEU division has stayed silent as its interstate counterparts were tossed out of the ACTU and face an independent administrator following allegations of ********* behaviour and links to organised ******.

It came as Unions WA, which supported the move by the ACTU to suspend the national construction and energy division from its membership, said the national decision would be discussed by the State peak body’s executive next month.
