‘Loss-making’: Pizza chain Domino’s set to slice stores in Japan, France to deliver cost savings

Embattled pizza chain Domino’s is set to close up to 110 “loss-making” stores across Japan and France in a bid to cut costs and deliver what it says was a “foundation for future growth”.

In a trading update on Wednesday after the market closed, Domino’s revealed it would close up to 80 “low volume” stores in Japan.
