“Thor reviving Kratos with Mjolnir was…”: **** of War Ragnarok’s Misdirect Moment Compared in Quality to the Infamous Batman: Arkham Asylum Fakeout

The **** of War franchise can be described as many things and among them is shocking. The gaming community was caught off guard after a certain boss ****** did the unthinkable and revived Kratos from a ****** after being knocked out cold and earning a spot among the most epic moments in gaming.

There are not a lot of games that could match the creativity of game developers but there are a select few that deserve to be mentioned. Misdirection can be annoying but can lead to rewarding moments that will stay with a player forever.

One Boss ****** in **** of War Ragnarok Left Players Speechless and Impressed

Santa Monica Studio did not hold back for the conclusion of the Norse Saga and went out of the gate strong with a highly anticipated showdown between two gods. The developers reflected on the original trilogy and brought back boss fights that are large in scale that were missing in the previous game.

This gave some important moments between Kratos and Atreus after defeating Garm in Helheim which was hailed as one of the best sections in the **** of War Ragnarok. It may not be as shocking as Thor resurrecting Kratos and players saw the usual ****** screen filled with useful tips and advice.

Players were shocked to see that iconic misdirect that pushed them to the edge of their seats. This prompted fans to share their picks for the best misdirect in video games and chief among them is the famous scene from Batman Arkham Asylum where players were confused as to why the game freaked out and made them think they were experiencing a hardware malfunction.

Misdirects can be a hit or miss and it relies heavily on timing and placement. The developers knew the opening boss ****** had to be epic, and the showdown did not disappoint similar to how the fakeout screen in Arkham Asylum made players sweat.

It was a peak moment in gaming and the developers removed the gloves. Perhaps it was meant to be a tease for the entirety of the journey.

The opening ****** was brief and raw, Kratos did his best to hold back until Thor threatened his son. The Thunder **** and the players saw shades of the old **** of War and were reminded of his capability for great *********.

The developers knew the level of anticipation and had to think of something for players to remember. It was a rare moment that temporarily broke the immersion and the result was worth it.

Moments like these can evoke certain emotions like ***** and excitement which players cannot put a price on. Video games are works of art that should be respected.

Kratos did not know what to expect and it allowed players to feel like they were walking in his shoes. Perhaps more moments like these will implemented in the future.
