Charlie Cameron and Toby Bedford to both launch appeals amid controversial tackle suspensions

Brisbane and GWS will both appeal the tribunal decisions around the three-match suspensions handed down to their respective players in Charlie Cameron and Toby Bedford.

Cameron was unable to overturn his rough conduct charge following his tackle on West Coast co-captain Liam Duggan during Tuesday night’s tribunal hearing.

Later in the evening, Bedford also ******* in his bid to escape a similar three-game ban for his tackle that brought down Richmond’s Tim Taranto.

Both Duggan and Taranto will miss this week’s matches due to concussion symptoms.

The appeals are set to be heard on Thursday evening.
